Most discovery engagements run for two to four working weeks, depending on the size of the live estate and how many teams must be interviewed. We give a firm estimate after a short scoping call, and we never compress discovery simply to reach an integration date.

Can we commission a single service instead of the full sequence?

Yes. Each of the six services can stand alone. Some clients arrive with a specific concern and ask only for a Tension Audit or a Lease Cross Review. We will tell you honestly if the request cannot be answered responsibly without a prior alignment baseline.
